“Do You Tell Your Customers, Not to Call You? @YourService Frank Eliason #BBSradio
“Where has the sense of mission gone within
the Customer Service industry?
On that fateful day in 2009 having gotten totally fed up with the lack of “caring” from Comcast here in Houston I tweeted out to my then audience 40,000+ – “Comcast this stupidity has to stop-I am not that dumb that you can’t communicate better.”
We all have a Comcast story. A company that big with it’s business model of using contract employees just begs to have customer service issues. What evolved out of that fateful conversation with someone who called themselves @Comcastcares started a digital friendship and respect with a man names Frank.
- How do you create this kind of brand with your actions?
- Do you empower your employees to give stellar experiences?
- Can you identify value no matter where your customers are talking?
- What if you created an environment where customers wanted to share their story?
- What would happen if you built scalable intimacy with your customers and your team?
