  1.  @polleydan Interestingt Dan I do not see them as being separate from one another.  I will ask sarahrobinson  to address that question ;)

  2.  @theeventdivas Yes I have a feeling we will learn there is a depth in developing fierce loyalty that might extend beyond our ability to listen.  I am ready to learn from sarahrobinson  and glad you are too!
