Does Social Media Overwehlm You

Here is what I know for sure.

Having been asked to speak more on a local basis, I am noticing people are so hungry for “What is Social Media and I Don’t get it”.  Then I will see some inexperienced in successfully using social media to drive business (they participate in social media but that is not their area of strength or expertise) “well you need to blog and tweet and get on facebook and linkedin”.  Are you seeing your own head spin yet? Who wouldn’t with all that thrown at them and it is WRONG.

It is far more important to understand WHY to be there-then have a strategy that allows you to maneuver and master one thing at a time.  Building upon your successes and taking your strength forward in each space.
