The toughest question may be the Why? If the Why doesn't inspire, encourage, and excite every point on the circle of business (team, customers and business partners), that's going to cause problems at every point - especially the team.
@Faryna I have often wondered why "Why" was so hard for folks to figure out. It saddens me when I see people unable and unwilling to make a commitment or take a stand. Too many live from a fear based perspective and do not realize it.
