RADIO EFT is happy to bring Jan Luther on Feb. 26, 2009 at 4pm EST to talk about how to use EFT-Emotional Freedom Technique to help you make effective progress when learning how to move through the grieving process.

Michele Price, The Breakthrough Specialist will talk with Jan about how to apply her techniques in using EFT for this timely topic as we all experience death on a regular basis as it is part of life.

Here is a short intro in what “Grief is a Mourning Sickness” offers you…

Part 1 – Offers a simple, insightful and empowering approach to proceeding through the grief process. Using an alternative to standard grief programs the reader will be shown how to take on the role of the observer. As an observer one is liberated with a sense of neutrality.

Empowerment comes from not being at the mercy of your emotions. At each step Jan offers suggestions and insights that encourage the bereaved to ‘choose’ peace over pain.

These choices are spelled out in the form of new paradigms. For most people the idea that they have a choice around grief is revolutionary in and of itself. These choices can lead bereaved to peace and joy.

Part 2 – Introduces a ground-breaking healing modality called EFT – these meditative scripts are the introduction to the process Jan used personally through her grief after the death of her 22 year old son, as well as 100’s of clients through their grief as well.

It is possible to move from feelings of emotional pain, overwhelm, hopelessness and guilt to a place of peace, with renewed memories of love and joy of those they thought they had lost for ever.
