<p>Friend and colleague Brian Williams (follow him on twitter) is great about telling me about people he knows I would like to connect with, gotta love him.</p>
<p>When you are asked who is your ideal client, what is your response?  Mine is&#8230;&#8221;A Spirit based Entrepreneur who makes a difference and a profit&#8221;.</p>
<div id="attachment_1099" class="wp-caption alignright" style="width: 186px"><img class="size-full wp-image-1099" title="missyward" src="http://whoismicheleprice.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/12/missyward.jpg" alt="Missy Ward Spirit Based Entrepreneur Making Difference &amp; Profit" width="176" height="240" /><p class="wp-caption-text">Missy Ward Spirit Based Entrepreneur Making Difference &amp; Profit</p></div>
<p>What does that look like?  Here is one example (I will bringing you many more to come as yesterday in a tweetup I realized that these words mean something different to everyone).</p>
<p><a href="http://twitter.com/missyward" target="_blank">Missy Ward</a> co-founder of <a href="http://www.affiliatesummit.com/2009/12/28/sell-out-for-affiliate-summit-west-2010/?utm_source=feedburner&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Feed%3A+AffiliateSummitBlog+%28Affiliate+Summit+Blog%29&amp;utm_content=Twitter" target="_blank">Affiliate Summit </a>has created a <a href="http://www.affiliatesummit.com/2009/12/09/charity-poker-tournament-during-affiliate-summit-west-2010/?utm_source=feedburner&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Feed%3A+AffiliateSummitBlog+%28Affiliate+Summit+Blog%29&amp;utm_content=Twitter" target="_blank">Charity Poker Game at Affiliate Summit West 2010</a> that is benefiting <a href="http://www.nationalbreastcancer.org/" target="_blank">National Breast Cancer Foundation.</a></p>
<div id="attachment_1100" class="wp-caption aligncenter" style="width: 310px"><img class="size-medium wp-image-1100" title="NBCF_Logo" src="http://whoismicheleprice.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/12/NBCF_Logo-300x90.jpg" alt="National Breast Cancer Foundation" width="300" height="90" /><p class="wp-caption-text">National Breast Cancer Foundation</p></div>
<p>Here is what I see and know&#8230;Missy if a straight talking entrepreneur that has create a way to support both making a difference and a profit.  She supports a cause important to her and builds a successful business.  You can too!  Does it have to be something this big, no!  It could be as simple as giving 10% to a cause that is close to your heart&#8230;whether it is educational, health charity, green environment&#8230;the choices are only limited by your thinking.<br />
<span id="more-1098"></span><br />
Not sure how to do this?  Look at who has done it successfully and ask them how they learned and waht their best practices are now.  People love to contribute and share, give them the opportunity.</p>
<p>Reach out, connect, tweet and ask&#8230;it gives others a chance to help you too.</p>
<p>If you are attending <a href="http://http://www.affiliatesummit.com/register/" target="_blank">Affiliate Summit</a> make sure you say &#8220;Hello to<a href="http://twitter.com/brianwilliams" target="_blank"> Brian Williams</a>, <a href="http://twitter.com/missyward" target="_blank">Missy Ward </a>and Shawn Collins&#8221; (Oh, please say hello to <a href="http://twitter.com/jimkukral" target="_blank">Jim Kukral</a> (he was on my radio show earlier this year).</p>
<p>Make sure you are thinking about who you want to meet and how you can help others build their network.  Be a Go-Giver, it&#8217;s great business karma.</p>
<p>Missy Ward is some one who makes a difference and a profit.</p>
