Women in Business Radio Asking You – How Are Women in Business Low-Balling Scum?
Who knew that women could be so mean and disrespectful in doing business with each other?

Oh come one we all talk about it in private.

I am bringing this topic out in the open so we can identify and be a part of the solution. Solutions do not come about in the dark, they come about from open dialogue. Being a positive, affirming mindset, I have learned when we ignore the negative, it does not make it go away. 2012 for me is how can we shift our thinking in ways that are beneficial and supportive.
This conversation reminds me when I was younger and family use to think by “not talking about it” it would be okay. Bull Hockey!
One thing I have also learned from open dialogue, you can learn quickly who are people you want to do business with. WHY? because you can see, hear and feel their take on a topic, which helps you to identify more about “who they are, not what they do.”
First I am gonna ask some tough questions:
- Where are you like this in your world? (be honest)
- How have I been a part of this dialogue in the past?
- What can I do today to be part of the solution?
- Is it about cutting off other women who act like this?
- Is it about talking with them to see what is their motivation?
- Is it about them experiencing a more conducive experience to shift their actions?
- What kind of questions can we ask to move forward in a empowering way?
